At Medcorp Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring you receive authentic, high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

 

Overview and Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., certain personal care items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Specific health and personal care items that have been opened or had their seal broken.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

  • Surgical Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
